Instructions
Step 1
Slice brie into thin strips, tomatoes in rounds, and cucumber about 1/8 inch thick
Step 2
Lay out bread slices and spread fig jam over one slice, brie over the other
Step 3
On top of the brie lay (in order) prosciutto slices, tomato slices, mushrooms
Step 4
Close sandwich and place in toaster oven at 325 for 10 minutes
Step 5
After 10 minutes is up, take sandwich out, open it up, and lay cucumber slices, arugula, and kewpie mayo. Cut and enjoy!
