Prawn fried rice

Instructions

Step 1
Pre boil and cool the rice
Step 2
Heat a wok on high heat and spray with oil and mix together the soy and vinegar
Step 3
Add the onion until softened and add the spring onion whites, ginger and garlic paste and chilli and cook until fragrant
Step 4
Add the prawns, peas and mangetout followed by the rice and cook for 2-3 mins
Step 5
Push to the side and add the eggs and scramble.
Step 6
Mix everything together and cover with the sauce mix
Step 7
Cook for 2-3 mins before serving and garnishing with the spring onion greens
