Instructions

Step 1
Ingredients: Banana - 143g Blueberries - 119 g Eggs - 5 eggs Rice, soy or oat milk - 48 ml Rice flour - 71 g Rapeseed oil - 12 ml Instructions: Blend all ingredients except the blueberries together. Pour the mixture onto a hot pan with oil. When it slightly sets, add the blueberries. Fry on both sides. Add yoghurt or skyr on top of desired. Breakfast - 1004 kcal
