Step 1
Start by adding your cottage cheese, eggs, milk, melted butter, and maple syrup to a blender. Blend on medium speed for two minutes.

In a separable, add your flour and baking powder. Then add your blended cottage cheese mixture and fold until combined. Add in your chocolate chips andmixed until combined. *add more milk if your batter looks to thick**
Step 3
Heat up a skillet on medium low heat and add your batter. Flip once you see bubbles start to form on the surface.
