Ingredients

19 ozcheese tortellini
6 tablespoonsbutter
½ cupflour
1 tspdried italian seasoning
½ tspsalt
¼ tsppepper
2 ¼ cupschicken broth
1 ½ cupshalf and half
3 cupschicken
cooked, or rotisserie chicken

Instructions
Step 1
Heat oven to 350 degrees.
Step 2
Cook tortellini, drain.
Step 3
Melt butter in large saucepan over medium heat. Stir in flour, Italian seasoning, salt and pepper. Cook until mixture is smooth and bubbly, stirring constantly.
Step 4
Gradually add chicken broth. Cook until mixture boils and thickens, stirring constantly.
Step 5
Stir in half and half; return to boiling, stirring constantly. Remove from heat.
Step 6
Combine shredded chicken, tortellini, and sauce in large bowl. Spoon into 13x9 glass dish.
Step 7
In a small bowl, combine topping ingredients, sprinkle over the top of casserole.
Step 8
Bake uncovered at 350 degrees for 30-35 minutes.
