Step 1
Bake or steam the potato and slice in half.
Step 2
Mix 1 tbsp Greek yogurt and seasonings into each half.
Step 3
Cook meats and eggs, and assemble all toppings onto the baked potatoes and enjoy!

Other optional toppings could include: tomatoes (fresh or dried), bacon, daisy brand creamy ranch sour cream, corn, sweet potato instead of russet, whole egg instead of whites, onions, peppers, or cheese.
