Instructions
Step 1
Oil in pan, medium heat. Add mushrooms & cook until browned & liquid has evaporated
Step 2
Add butter and flour to make paste
Step 3
Add milk, stir well. Simmer over low heat until sauce thickens
Step 4
Add butter beans, cook for 2m. Add paprika, parsley and yogurt before serving on toast
