gorgeous and the whole thing is so easy - the notes are below and I love a bit of extra sauce on the side. It's basically marry me chicken in a plate pie with pastry top and bottom. #love

2 Tbsolive oil

2 Tbsbutter

2cloves of garlic

250mlchicken stock

150mldouble cream

90gparmesan

chilli flakes

½ tsporegano

½ tspMediterranean seasoning

Step 1
Garlic, chicken stock, cream, seasoning, tomatoes, parmesan, them add chicken back in. COOK IT ALL TILL THE CHICKEN IS COOKED THROUGH STRAIN THE CHICKEN AND SAUCE THROUGH A COLANDER, and keep the sauce to one side. Let it all go cold. Shred the chicken and make your pie x
Step 2
Cut two rounds of pastry I did a 23 cm round and a 26cm round, fill the smaller one and seal the top crimping around the edges with a fork egg wash and in oven.
Step 3
Warm the remaining sauce it will thicken and serve alongside. !!
Step 4
Oven at 180°C and cook for about 30 mins until golden on top Thank me later
