Marinade
1 Tbspground coriander
1 Tbspground cumin
1 Tbspground cardamom
1 tspcayenne pepper
2 tspsmoked paprika
2 tspcooking salt
½ tspblack pepper
1 tspgarlic
finely minced
2 Tbsplemon juice
3 Tbspoil
Yoghurt sauce
Instructions
Step 1
Marinade chicken for 12-24 hours
Step 2
Place ingredients for yoghurt sauce in a bowl and mix
Step 3
Preheat oven to 220 degrees for 20-25 mins or fry chicken for 3-4 mins on each side (internal temperature should be 75 degrees Celsius)
Step 4
Rest chicken for 5 mins and then dice thickly. Put yoghurt sauce, chicken on flatbread and serve
