Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta until al dente, 2 minutes less than the packet instructions.
Step 2
Meanwhile, fry the courgette in oil, rosemary, garlic, and salt (approx. 10 minutes).
Step 3
Drain the pasta, saving some of the pasta water, and combine with the courgette. Keep cooking and slowly adding pasta water until cooked.
Step 4
Season with parmesan and plenty of black pepper.
