Instructions
Step 1
Cut/steam up 2 heads of Broccoli (1.5 lbs) with 1/4 cup of water for 6 minutes
Step 2
Mince/mix 2 cloves of garlic, 1/4 tsp pepper, 1tsp of sugar, 1tsp of salt, 3tbs of olive oil, 1 tbs of white vinegar, 1 pinch of red pepper flake
