Instructions

Step 1
Heat coconut oil in wok, until melted, then add the curry paste.
Step 2
Fry over medium heat until paste is fragrant.
Step 3
Add meat or vegies or combination of both and toss to coat in curry paste.
Step 4
Add coconut milk and cook for 10-15 minutes or until meat is cooked.
Step 5
Just before serving add coconut sugar and fish sauce and stir to combine.
Step 6
Serve over rice with a squeeze of fresh lime juice and coriander leaves.
