Lemon Herb Sunflower Sauce
¼ cupsunflower seed butter
unsweetened
⅛ cupfresh parsley
⅛ cupfresh chives
⅛ tspsalt
⅛ cuplemon juice
1 tsplemon zest

Instructions
Step 1: Cook the Chicken

Preheat the air fryer to 380°F (193°C).

Add thawed Moroccan Chicken to the air fryer basket in a single layer.

Air fry for 14–16 minutes, flipping or shaking halfway through, until chicken is browned and cooked through.

Let rest for 3–5 minutes, then slice or chop into bite-sized pieces
Step 2: Make the Lemon Herb Sunflower Sauce

In a small blender or bowl, combine:

Blend or whisk until the herbs are finely chopped and mixture starts coming together.

Add 1 tablespoon olive oil and mix again.

Gradually add 3–4 tablespoons cold water, 1 tablespoon at a time, until you reach a smooth, pourable consistency.
Step 3: Warm the Pitas + Prep Toppings
