0.5juice of lemon

pineapple

1Pears

3 Tbspplain Greek yogurt
full-fat or 2%)

1 inchfresh ginger
peeled

1 inchfresh turmeric
peeled, or 1/4 tsp ground turmeric

black pepper

2 Tbspporridge oats
rolled oats, uncooked

1 tspground flaxseed

1 tspchia seeds

150mlwater
cold, or unsweetened almond/oat milk

2ice cubes
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth and creamy.
Step 3
Let sit for 5–10 minutes to thicken.
Step 4
Pour into a glass and enjoy chilled
