Instructions
Step 1
Heat a pan of hot water for the rice
Step 2
Once boiled add the rice, cumin seeds and 1 tsp of salt and leave to cook for around 10 mins
Step 3
Heat a little oil in a pan and add tikka Masala paste and tomato puree for 30 seconds
Step 4
Add in the diced chicken, chicken Stock Paste, coconut milk and honey
Step 5
Bring to the boil then lower the heat to simmer for around 10 minutes
Step 6
Add the spinach and peas a handful at a time so the spinach wilts then add another handful
Step 7
Once all the spinach and peas are all added after 2 minutes add the butter and season with salt and pepper, add a splash of water if needed
