Canola oil into the pan

Fry the essentials bowl until just about to be brown. Rationale is because it will still cook slightly when you add in the cold minced chicken or pork. Ideally onions then shallots then garlic

Then add in the minced chicken or pork

Try not to overcook it. Stir the meat to ensure even cooking. The moment all the visible minced meat turns white enough, add in the sauces immediately

Then just cook a bit longer like maybe 15 - 30 seconds
