Step 1
1. Preheat oven to 400 F.

2. In a casserole dish, add the taco seasoning, water and salsa and whisk.

3. Then, add the rice, beans, corn and pepper. Mix together until combined.

4. Bake uncovered for 30-40 minutes until the liquid is absorbed and rice is cooked!

5. Top with any of your favorite taco toppings from sour cream, to avocado!
