1 x 15 ouncescan no salt added tomato sauce

2 cupswater

5 cupsbulgur

2 x 14 ouncescans beans
such as cannellini, and or kidney beans, rinsed and drained
Instructions
Step 1
1. Warm the oil in a Dutch oven over medium heat. Add the onion and bell pepper and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes, or until softened. Add the garlic, chile pepper, oregano, chili powder, and cumin and cook for 2 minutes.
Step 2
2. Add the tomatoes (with juice), tomato sauce, and water. Increase the heat to medium high and cook, stirring occasionally, for 5 minutes. Stir in the bulgur and beans. Reduce the heat to medium and cook for 15 minutes or until thickened.
