Instructions
Step 1
Prepare the couscous per the package instructions.
Step 2
While the couscous is cooking, toast the almonds in a little oil. Add the couscous and the almonds to a large bowl.
Step 3
Chop the green onions and pepper. Add to the bowl.
Step 4
In a small bowl, whisk the lemon juice, oil, paprika, salt, and pepper. Pour over salad and toss to coat.
Step 5
Cover and refrigerate until ready to serve.
