chopped into chunks or 4 boneless chicken thighs

3 Tbsppeanut butter

1 Tbspmiso paste

2 Tbspsoy sauce

1 Tbsphoney

1 Tbsprice vinegar

1 Tbspginger paste

2cloves garlic
crushed

2chillies
medium spice levels

water
to loosen sauce if needed

1 tspsesame oil

Step 1
In a pan, add sesame oil and heat the garlic, ginger and chili and fry the chicken, seasoning with salt and pepper.
Step 2
In a separate container, mix peanut butter, miso, soy sauce, honey, rice vinegar and some water
Step 3
When chicken is nearly cooked, add the sauce.
