1 bunchfresh dill
1 Tbsponion powder
⅓ cupred onion
3 tspbaking powder
½ cupwhite wine vinegar
1 cupbread flour
⅓ cupcottage cheese
3clove garlic
½ cupgreek yogurt
1green pepper
¼ cupred wine vinegar
¼ cupseasoned breadcrumbs
1lemon zest
1 lbground turkey
1 tspred pepper flake
1 cupnonfat greek yogurt
Instructions
Step 1
1: Preheat Oven to 350°F.
Step 2
2: Sear meatballs on all sides with avocado oil.
Step 3
3: Place meatballs into sheet pan into oven and cook until they reach an internal temperature of 165°F.
Step 4
4: For tzatziki, mix Greek yogurt, garlic, lemon zest, lemon juice, olive oil, and seasonings.

5: For pickled red onions, mix red onion, white wine vinegar, red wine vinegar, and sugar.
Step 6
6: For pita, mix bread flour, Greek yogurt, and baking powder; knead until smooth and roll out.
Step 7
7: Cook pita on medium heat until golden brown and flip when it starts to bubble.
Step 8
8: Serve tzatziki meatballs wrapped in pita with grape tomatoes, chopped zucchini, and pickled onions.
