Instructions
Step 1
Mix flour, baking powder and salt in large bowl.
Step 2
Add oil, mix with fork until crumbly and clumps are about the size of peas.
Step 3
Blend water, oats, and chia until smooth. Add quinoa and pulse until quinoa is fairly well processed.
Step 4
Make a well in the dry ingredients and add the liquid. Stir just until mixed.
Step 5
Let rest for 15 minutes to allow grains and seeds to fully hydrate.
Step 6
Cook over medium high heat.
