Combine banana, eggs, milk, vanilla, and discard in a blender. Blend until smooth.

Add oat flour, protein powder, baking soda, baking powder, salt, and any optional flavors. Blend or stir until just combined.

Let batter sit for 5–10 minutes to hydrate. (Helps fluff them up!)

Heat nonstick pan or griddle over medium heat. Lightly grease. Pour ~¼ cup batter per pancake. Cook 2–3 min per side until golden and puffed.
