Instructions
Step 1
Brown rice on medium to low heat

Step 2
Push rice to the side and add your ground beef and turn the heat to medium.
Step 3
Brown meat and add your salt, pepper, garlic, cumin, paprika & onion powder





Step 4
Once browned you will mix the rice and the meat together and add chicken bouillon powder

Step 5
Add your 2 cups of water and put lid on for 15 minutes.

Step 6
With the last 3 minutes lower heat add enchiladas sauce and cheese and chives.
