Ingredients

6Chicken Thighs
¾ cupgreek yogurt
1whole lemon
juice and zest
3cloves garlic
1 Tbspolive oil
½ tspgarlic powder
½ tsponion powder
Peruvian Seasoning
½ tspcumin
¼ tspCayenne
or less
½ tsppaprika
¼ tspRed Pepper Flakes
or less
¼ tspsalt
pepper
to taste

1 CupBread Flour
please add more if dough is too sticky should be smooth As needed for surface
1 cupplain non-fat greek yogurt
3 tspbaking powder
½ tspgarlic powder

Sauce
Instructions
Marinade chicken
Step 1
Mix marinade and allow chicken to marinate for at least 30 min
Make pita
Step 2
Mix all ingredients together in a bowl
Step 3
Flour surface and kneed until smooth (add flour when necessary)
Step 4
Split into 4 equal balls and roll out dough
Step 5
Cook on medium heat until golden brown and flip when it starts to bubble
Cook chicken and make sauce
Step 6
Bake at 425 until internal temp 165+. Alternatively cook on a frying pan with medium heat for about 10 minutes, flip and cook until chicken is cooked through. Let rest for a few minutes before chopping and serving.
