Protein yogurt smoothie
1 Tbsp nut butter (adds healthy fat + ~3g protein)
Handful spinach (you won’t taste it, but it adds nutrients)
Sweetener to taste (honey, maple syrup, or stevia—if using unsweetened yogurt or fruit)

or 1/2 cup frozen fruit, berries, mango, pineapple, etc
1 tspchia seeds
or ground flaxseed, optional for fiber/omega-3s
½ tspvanilla extract
or cinnamon, optional, for flavor
Ice
for texture/thickness
Instructions
Step 1
Add all ingredients to a blender.
Step 2
Blend until smooth (about 30–60 seconds).
Step 3
Taste and adjust:
Step 4
Add more milk for a thinner texture.
Step 5
Add ice or more yogurt for thickness.
Step 6
Pour and enjoy immediately—or store in a cold thermos for later.
