1 poundchicken breast
cubed

1 Tbspolive oil

1 tspsalt

1 tsppepper

1 tsppaprika

1 tspgarlic powder

1 tsponion powder

3 Tbspsoy sauce

3 Tbsphoney

1 Tbspvinegar

1 Tbspminced garlic

1 Tbspminced ginger

¼ cupwater

1 Tbspcornstarch

1 Tbspolive oil

Instructions
Step 1
In a bowl, combine chicken with seasonings and olive oil and mix to combine.
Step 2
Combine soy, honey, water, garlic, ginger, vinegar and cornstarch and mix well to make the teriyaki sauce.
Step 3
Add chicken to a hot pan and cook for 4-5 minutes. Add the teriyaki sauce and cook for one more minute until thickened and set aside.
Step 4
Cook oil, onion, peas, and carrots until soft. Move them over and cook the three eggs until scrambled. Add in cooked rice and 2 more tablespoons soy sauce and mix well. Add chicken, sesame seeds and green onions.
