Instructions
Step 1
Cook pasta, drain well
Step 2
Heat a large skillet over medium-high. Add oil
Step 3
Sprinkle shrimp with salt + pepper. Add to pan. Sautee 2 minutes. Place in a bowl aside
Step 4
Add garlic and white and light green onion slices to pan for 2 mins. Place in bowl with shrimp
Step 5
Reduce heat to medium
Step 6
Add in vermouth, chicken stock, cream, sun-dried tomatoes, and tomato paste. Bring to boil. Cook 5 minutes or until reduced by half
Step 7
Increase heat back to medium-high.
Step 8
Add pasta, shrimp mixture, cheese, parsley, basil, and salt + pepper to taste
