Mix pork, cornstarch, salt and pepper in a bowl. Heat olive oil in a wok or skillet over medium-high heat. Add pork and stir-fry until browned, about 3-4 minutes. Transfer out of pan and set aside. To prepare sauce, mix hoisin sauce, sugar, red pepper flakes, and soy sauce in a bowl. Add green beans to same pan and stir-fry until tender, about 3-4 minutes. Add garlic and stir-fry until fragrant, about 30 seconds. Add pork and sauce to pan. Cook until heated through, stirring frequently, about 1-2 minutes.
