Tiramisu overnight oats

Instructions

Step 1
Blend 40g Oats, 1 tbsp chia seeds, 150 ml skimmed milk, 1 small coffee shot (instant coffee + 30 ml water), 1 tsp cocoa powder, zero calorie sweetner Refrigerate overnight
Step 2
Mix 150g Greek Yogurt ( also like to use skyr which is higher in protein than Greek yogurt or I like mixing a tablespoon or two with epigamia turbo) with vanilla essence and sweetner
Step 3
Spread the greek yogurt over the chia pudding base and sprinkle with cocoa powder!
