Instructions

Step 1
Chop vegetables. Heat pan.
Step 2
Pour small amount of oil and add chopped peppers and onion.
Step 3
Add minced meat, cook until brown.
Step 4
Add kidney beans, seasoning and cooked rice. Stir and simmer on low heat.
Step 5
Once flavours are combined, turn heat off. Lay down tortilla, add the filling and any additions like sweet corn, tomatoes, jalapeños. Ensure not over filled will become difficult to wrap.
Step 6
Heat a clean pan, and lay the wrapped burrito down. This will seal the burrito. Complete until 8 burritos have been made
