Step 1
Heat saucepan over medium heat.
Step 2
Add olive oil and popcorn kernels and stir to coat.
Step 3
Keep lid on pop and shake often to prevent burning as popcorn pops.
Step 4
When all popping has stopped tip the popped popcorn into a seive and cool (this will help prevent it from becoming soggy).
Step 5
Transfer to a bowl and drizzle with olive oil, nutritional yeast, and salt. Stir to mix through.
