Instructions

Step 1
Preheat oven to 190°C.
Step 2
In an oven proof casserole, add the coconut cream, Thai red curry paste, sesame oil, ginger and garlic, chopped chillies and whisk altogether. Add the shredded pak choi and mix into the sauce. Place your frozen dumplings into the casserole.
Step 3
Place the casserole in the oven and let it cook for 20min.
Step 4
Remove from oven and top with sesame seeds, spring onion, chilli crisp and coriander. Serve immediately. You can also make some noodles to eat with the sauce.
