4Chicken breasts

400mltins coconut milk
240gchick peas
vegetable stock cube
fresh root ginger
thumb-size piece, peeled and roughly chopped
2garlic cloves
black peppercorns
ground roughly
1 heaped tspground turmeric
2lime juice only
1lemongrass stalk
1 Tbspsoy sauce
1 Tbsphoney

Instructions
Step 1
Cook the spaghetti
Step 2
Fry the chicken.
Step 3
Add the onions, ginger and chillies and fry until soft.
Step 4
Stir in the turmeric, peppercorns, coconut milk, the juice of one of the limes, vegetable stock cube and the soy sauce.
Step 5
Add one and a half coconut tins of hot water.
Step 6
Smash the lemongrass so it splinters but remains together, then put in the pan.
Step 7
Add the chick peas
Step 8
Add the noodles to the broth, sprinkle with coriander leaf and serve
