1 Tbspsoy sauce

1 tspsesame oil

¼ cuppanko breadcrumbs

Instructions
Step 1
Prep Salmon: Pat salmon dry and cut into 1-inch cubes. Mix with hot honey, soy sauce, sesame oil, salt, pepper, and garlic powder. "
Step 2
Coat: Toss salmon in panko breadcrumbs and Parmesan until evenly coated.
Step 3
Air Fry: Arrange salmon in a single layer in the air fryer basket. Cook at 400°F for 8 minutes or until crispy.
Step 4
Make Salsa: Combine mango, red onion, jalapeño, cilantro, avocado, and lime juice. Mix gently. "
Step 5
Serve: Plate over rice, top with salmon bites and salsa. Add optional pineapple for extra sweetness."
