20 ozcheese tortellini
refrigerated or frozen

2 Cupsmarinara sauce
or pizza

1 cupheavy cream

1 ½ cupsshredded mozzarella

½ cupgrated parmesan

1 tspitalian seasoning

¼ tspgarlic powder

¼ tspcrushed red pepper flakes
optional

1 cupsliced pepperoni

¼ cupblack olives
sliced, optional

¼ cupgreen bell pepper
diced, optional

0.5 Cupmozzarella
for topping

0.5 CupParmesan
for topping

pepperoni
for topping

Fresh basil
or parsley, for garnish
Instructions
Step 1
Cook Tortellini: Boil in salted water according to package, drain, set aside.
Step 2
Make Sauce: Simmer marinara, cream, Italian seasoning, garlic powder, and red pepper flakes 3-4 min.
Step 3
Assemble: Preheat oven to 375°F (190°C). Mix tortellini, sauce, 1 ½ Cups mozzarella, ½ cup Parmesan, and half the pepperoni. Add olives and peppers if using. Transfer to greased 9x13-inch dish.
Step 4
Bake: Top with remaining cheese and pepperoni. Bake uncovered 20-25 min until bubbly.
Step 5
Serve: Rest 5 min, garnish with basil or parsley, serve warm.
