Instructions
Step 1
1. Cook pasta in salted boiling water: 8–10 mins (teen), 10–12 mins (child). Save ½ cup pasta water before draining.
Step 2
2. In a pan, melt butter on medium heat. Add garlic powder (and herbs/chilli if using) and stir for 30 seconds.
Step 3
3. Add drained pasta to the pan. Add frozen mozzarella. Slowly pour in saved pasta water while stirring until cheese melts and turns creamy.
Step 4
4. Separate child’s portion. Season teen’s portion with salt, pepper, and extra herbs if desired.
Step 5
5. Serve hot, sprinkle extra cheese/herbs on top if you like.
