Instructions

Step 1
1. Dice onion, celery & carrot into tiny pieces & cut ‘chicken’ into chunks 2. In a large pot, saute onion, celery, garlic and carrot until browned 3. Add ‘chicken’ and seasonings 4. When browned, add stock and bring to the boil 5. Add pasta and cook until soft
