Instructions
Step 1
Boil pasta. Drain and reserve a cup of the pasta cooking water.
Step 2
Fry mince for 2 min.
Step 3
Add the bacon and then the onion. Fry with a pinch of salt for 3-4 min.

Add the tomato puree, and cook for 1 min further.
Step 5
Add the passata and simmer for 2 min.
Step 6
Add the spinach, garlic and cream. Cook for a final 1-2 min.
Step 7
Season with black pepper.
Step 8
Toss the drained pasta in the sauce.
Step 9
Add a splash of the reserved pasta water.
Step 10
Fold in the grated Parmesan.
Step 11
Mix well.
