Spicy Chicken Wraps

Very simple, but absolutely delicious, these are ideal for meal prep, packed lunches or as a quick dinnertime option for the family. They can be served hot or cold.

Ingredients
4 servings
500gchicken breast
cut into strips
1 Tbspextra virgin olive oil
3 clovesgarlic
peeled and finely chopped
½ Tbspsmoked paprika
1 tspchilli powder
½ Tbsplemon juice
1 tsponion granules
½ Tbspdried oregano
salt
freshly ground black pepper
For the spicy yoghurt sauce

Instructions
Step 1
In a large bowl, combine the chicken breast with half the oil and all the remaining ingredients, then season well and mix until combined
Step 2
In a separate small bowl, combine all the ingredients for the spicy yoghurt.
Step 3
Heat the remaining olive oil in a large, non stick frying pan over high heat and add the chicken. Cook for 5-10 mins, stirring regularly, until the chicken is cooked through and slightly charred.
Step 4
Build your wraps using the lettuce, tomatoes and cucumber, followed by the spicy chicken and sauce. Wrap in cling film or tin foil.

Store in fridge for up to 4 days.
