Step 1
Chop and fry two onions,
Step 2
Once the onions are lightly browned, add a tablespoon of garam masala, turmeric and ground coriander and toast on a medium low heat for2 to 3 minutes.
Step 3
Whilst the onions are frying, deep fry 2 to 3 packs of chopped paneer . Be careful, it spits, so use a lid on the frying pan.
Step 4
Once the spices and onions are cooked, as two tins of chopped tomatoes. One stock cube, chilli or hot pepper sauce and 3 or 4 bay leaves one the sauce has cooked down, add chopped peppers, peas and 1 cauliflower chopped up. Cook on medium heat until the cauliflower is done
