Step 1
Prepare the Salmon: Pat the salmon fillets dry with a paper towel. Season both sides with salt and pepper.

Make the Sauce: In a bowl, whisk together mayonnaise, sweet chili sauce, sriracha, and lime juice until smooth and combined.
