Instructions
Step 1
Cut Pork into bite size pieces. Cover in oil & salt. Oven bake at 180°C for 15-20 minutes, flip the pieces & then bake for another 15-20 minutes.
Step 2
Add the remaining oil and curry paste to a pan and let sizzle for about 15 seconds. Add cumin and coriander, stir for another 15 seconds then add the green beans. Stir fry for 2-3 minutes.
Step 3
Add the Coconut Milk, Brown Sugar, Fish Sauce & Lime Zest. Cook on medium heat uncovered for at least 2-3 minutes. Add the Pork to the curry just before serving.
Step 4
Serve with Rice
