Instructions

Step 1
In a heatproof bowl, combine TVP, soy sauce, and hot broth. Stir, cover, and let sit for 5 minutes until rehydrated.
Step 2
Heat oil in a skillet over medium heat.
Step 3
Add the hydrated TVP and seasonings. Cook for 5–7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until most liquid evaporates and the crumbles are lightly browned.
