Step 1
Thinly slice Pork rashers and cook on high until fully done
Step 2
Add water and beef stock to medium pot and bring to boil
Step 3
Add ramen broth powder and turn heat down to medium to simmer
Step 4
Add mushrooms and spring onions and let simmer until broth is infused with the ingredients
Step 5
Transfer broth to bowls and place rice cakes in
Step 6
Once rice cakes have softened, add pork rashers and eggs to serve.
