Step 1
Heat oil in a pan.

Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.

Add the ginger garlic paste and green chilies, sauté for a minute.

Pour in the tomato puree and cook until the oil separates.

Add turmeric, red chili powder, coriander powder, and salt. Cook for 2 minutes.

Gently crack the eggs into the simmering curry, ensuring they remain whole.
Step 7
Cover and cook on low heat for about 8 minutes, or until the eggs are fully cooked.
Step 8
Garnish with coriander leaves and serve hot.
