Instructions

Step 1
Blend Onion, Ginger, Garlic, Tomato, 1/4 Red pepper, and spicy pepper to smooth.
Step 2
In large pot heat up 1-2 tsp olive oil, add cinnamon stick and curry leaf and brown a little bit.
Step 3
Add blended stuff to pot, careful of splattering. Along with Salt, pepper, tumeric, and garam masala. Let cook for a few minutes. Add a little water if it seems too thick.
Step 4
Add tomato sauce, 1/2 green pepper diced, 1/4 red pepper diced. Let cook.
Step 5
Add Tandoori Masala (mix with a little water to make a slurry first).
Step 6
Cut chicken to bite size pieces, season with salt and pepper. Dont feel rushed here, cutting the chicken now lets the sauce simmer. Add chicken to pot, let cook a little bit, doesnt need to be fully cooked yet, justs starting to get some colour.
Step 7
Add whipping cream, let cook for 5-10 mor minutes until chicken is cooked through.
Step 8
Add green onion and serve with rice and / or Naan.
