Instructions

Step 1
Cook rice according to package instructions.
Step 2
Cut the tofu into slices.
Step 3
Mince the garlic.
Step 4
Mix the sauce.
Step 5
Fry the mushrooms with half of the sauce.
Step 6
Then, fry tofu with the rest of the sauce.
Step 7
Put rice in a bowl and then top with edamame, mushrooms and tofu. Sprinkle some sesame over tofu. Enjoy!
