Step 1
Mix together beef, egg, onion, garlic, crumbs, and seasoning. Form into tiny meatballs. In Dutch oven, brown meatballs on med-hi heat, turning to brown each side. When meat is browned, add broth and bring to a boil on high heat. Stir in Italian seasoning, spinach, and pasta. Boil for 7-8 minutes (or as long as the pasta package recommends). Sprinkle with parmesan to serve.
