Instructions
Step 1
Slowly sweat the onions in olive oil with a dash of salt.
Step 2
Add the sausage meat and brown
Step 3
Add the spices and garlic. Cook for 1 minute
Step 4
Cover the sausage meat in milk and slowly simmer until it has formed a thick gravy.
Step 5
Add tomato purée and the tin of tomatoes. Slowly simmer until it has formed a bolognaise consistency.
Step 6
Add lemon juice, salt and pepper to taste.
Step 7
Cook pasta until al dente. Serve with the sausage meat.
